39a Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 39a platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 39a platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 39a platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy us.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 39a as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 39a platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under local law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their location.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 39a. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and any other requested details. Providing false information or impersonating another person is a serious violation that may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. Any activity that occurs through your account will be considered your own action, unless you have reported to us that the account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Users agree not to engage in any activities including: attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, using automated software or bots to play, payment fraud, money laundering, or any form of platform misuse that contravenes Malaysian law.
Users also agree not to share their account credentials with any third party, transfer their account to another person, or use their account for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 39a.
Payments, MYR Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 39a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including GrabPay, DuitNow, and local bank transfers. All available payment methods are displayed in the Wallet section of your account at the time of transaction.
Successful deposits will be credited to your 39a account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Should a technical issue cause a deposit to go uncredited within the stated period, users must contact our customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 39a account holder. 39a reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the stipulated limits. Qualifying withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the current withdrawal policy.
39a is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the user. Funds sent to the wrong account due to user error may not be recoverable.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
39a reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, platform misuse, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the current withdrawal policy once all necessary checks have been completed.
39a shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or events beyond our control.
39a's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 39a platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 39a or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 39a.

The 39a platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 39a has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
39a reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the 39a platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
